About Resolve Project Co.

Built from experience. Created to solve a gap in construction.

Resolve Project Co. is a construction consultancy providing practical advisory services, project support, professional documentation, compliance systems and tailored business solutions for contractors, subcontractors, builders and growing trade businesses.

Resolve was established from years of hands-on experience across construction delivery, site management, project coordination and major commercial projects.

Through that experience, one thing became increasingly clear.

Resolve was created to help bridge that gap.

There are many highly capable contractors delivering excellent work whose internal systems, documentation and project support capability don’t always reflect the same standard.

The work itself may be excellent. The business may be growing. The opportunities may be getting larger.

But with that growth comes greater expectations around documentation, compliance, systems, communication and project delivery.

Practical Experience Behind The Business

Jamison Jorin

Founder & Principal Consultant

Resolve Project Co. was founded by Jamison Jorin following a construction career spanning hands-on trade experience, site leadership, Tier 1 commercial construction and specialist subcontractor project coordination.

Beginning as a qualified carpenter, Jamison progressed into site leadership and supervisory roles within Tier 1 commercial construction, gaining experience across government-funded justice, education and health infrastructure, public housing, and industrial automation and logistics infrastructure projects.

Working within these complex project environments provided experience across site delivery, subcontractor coordination, programme and sequencing, safety and quality requirements, consultant interfaces, construction documentation and the day-to-day coordination required to move works from planning through to completion.

Jamison later moved into specialist subcontractor project coordination and supervision, broadening that experience into another side of project delivery — coordinating works, reviewing drawings and scope, planning and sequencing activities, managing safety and quality requirements, preparing project documentation, resolving defects and working directly with builders, consultants and project teams.

That combination of experience provides Resolve with an understanding of construction from more than one perspective.

From what actually happens on site, through to the systems, documentation, coordination and communication required behind the scenes to successfully deliver the work.

That practical construction background remains at the centre of how Resolve operates today.

Helping good businesses operate better.

Many construction businesses grow because they are good at what they do.

They build a reputation. Win larger projects. Employ more people. Work with larger builders and clients. Take on increasingly complex scopes.

But the systems behind the business don’t always develop at the same pace.

Processes that worked when the business was smaller can become stretched. Documentation may have developed reactively over time. Project administration becomes more demanding. Client requirements increase. Compliance expectations become more sophisticated.

None of that means the business isn’t professional.

Often, it simply means the business has grown because it is good at delivering its work — and now the systems behind that work need to catch up.

The work was already professional. Now the systems behind it can reflect that.

Resolve helps businesses strengthen those systems without unnecessarily complicating the way they operate.

More than documentation.

Resolve isn’t simply about producing documents.

A SWMS can satisfy a submission requirement.

A procedure can sit inside a management system.

An O&M manual can be handed over at the end of a project.

But producing a document is only part of the job.

The real value comes from understanding why it is required, who will use it, what the client or builder is expecting, how it relates to the work being undertaken and whether it actually makes sense for the business using it.

THE SAME PRINCIPLE APPLIES TO CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANCY AND PROJECT SUPPORT.

Resolving a coordination issue, reviewing a scope, responding to a difficult project situation, preparing a methodology, working through a compliance requirement or helping determine what to do next requires an understanding of the wider construction environment — not simply the individual task.

Resolve combines practical construction knowledge with professional documentation, systems, project support and independent advice to deliver solutions that work beyond the immediate requirement.

Compliance is the requirement. Professionalism is the value.

Built around the business.

Every contractor operates differently.

The trade is different.

The people are different.

The projects are different.

The clients are different.

The systems already in place are different.

And the challenge that brought them to Resolve is usually different too.

That is why Resolve starts by understanding the business and the problem before determining what support is actually required.

Rather than forcing a predetermined solution, we consider the work being performed, the people performing it, existing systems, project requirements and the outcome the business is trying to achieve.

The result is support that feels like it belongs within the business rather than something imposed from outside it.

Understand. Identify. Resolve.

Support that can scale with the requirement.

Not every problem requires another permanent employee.

Sometimes a business needs additional capability for a particular project.

Sometimes it needs help developing its systems before pursuing larger opportunities.

Sometimes a builder has requested documentation that needs to be prepared professionally.

Sometimes an internal team simply needs another experienced set of eyes to help work through a problem.

Resolve can step into those situations as required.

Support may involve a defined piece of documentation, development of a broader compliance or management system, project coordination, construction management support, planning and sequencing, drawing and scope review, procurement assistance, QA documentation, commercial correspondence or general construction advisory.

The level of involvement can expand or contract around the requirement.

You don’t always need another employee. You need the right capability at the right time.

Additional capability. When and where the business or project needs it.

Understanding both sides of the project.

Construction requirements rarely exist in isolation.

A subcontractor may be focused on delivering its scope efficiently.

The builder may be focused on programme, coordination, compliance, quality, documentation and risk.

The client may have another set of expectations again.

Having worked within Tier 1 head contractor environments as well as specialist subcontractor project delivery, Resolve understands the pressures and expectations that exist on different sides of that relationship.

That perspective helps us identify not only what is being requested, but why it is being requested and what a professional response should look like.

It allows Resolve to help contractors present themselves professionally, communicate clearly and operate with greater confidence when dealing with increasingly sophisticated clients and projects.

Built for the construction industry.

Resolve works across the construction industry rather than being limited to one particular trade or discipline.

Our experience and support can apply across structural steel, HVAC and mechanical services, flooring and coatings, concrete and structural works, carpentry and architectural trades, electrical, plumbing and hydraulic services, roofing and cladding, civil and infrastructure works, specialist trades and broader commercial construction.

The technical work may change.

The underlying challenges are often surprisingly similar.

Documentation. Compliance. Coordination. Planning. Communication. Systems. Resources. Client requirements. Project delivery.

Your trade may be different. The challenge is often familiar.

A different type of construction support.

Resolve sits between generic document providers and large traditional consultancies.

We bring practical construction experience together with professional systems, documentation, advisory and flexible project capability.

The objective isn’t to unnecessarily complicate the way a contractor operates. It’s to understand what already works, identify what needs strengthening and provide the right level of support around it.

Sometimes the right support doesn’t just resolve the immediate problem. It puts the business in a stronger position for what comes next.

Start with the problem.

You don’t need to know exactly what service you need before contacting Resolve.

You might have a client requirement you’re unsure how to address.

Documentation that needs improvement.

A project that’s becoming difficult to manage.

Systems that haven’t kept pace with the business.

A difficult project or client situation that needs another perspective.

Or simply a problem and you’re not sure what the next step should be.

That’s enough to start the conversation.

BRING US THE PROBLEM.
WE’LL HELP YOU WORK THROUGH IT.

Understand. Identify. Resolve.
